Nothing makes me feel less stressed and connected than a hike in the woods. Today we finally got a break from the recent heat wave of 100 plus degree temperatures.

So the hobbits and I set out for a hike. Nature is therapeutic.

Walking outdoors helps lower blood pressure, stress, and blood sugar.

It is a mental vacation from all the hectic things in life. Grab a friend, your dog, or your family and get reconnected to the outdoors. Nature Therapy is wonderful and never disappoints.
